These terms apply when you buy or use Magandang Kita. By buying or using the app, you agree to them. Magandang Kita is operated by Ryan Von Emmanuel Uriarte ("we", "us").
1. What you buy
- One account for the Magandang Kita app.
- A one-time payment. There is no monthly fee and no subscription.
- We agree the price with you before you pay. It is shown on your private payment link, which works for you only.
- Your account does not expire, and there is nothing to renew.
- Free updates: every future update to the app, including new features, at no extra cost.
- No ads in the app.
- You can use your account on up to 2 phones at a time, for example yours and your helper's.
If you pay by GCash or bank transfer, we check your payment by hand and then email your login within 24 hours.
2. 7-day money back
If the app is not for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of buying. In the app, go to Settings and tap "Ask for a refund", or email support@magandangkita.com. We will give you a full refund, and your account is then switched off.
- Refunds go back the way you paid.
- GCash refunds go to the GCash number that sent the payment.
- Bank transfer refunds go to the bank account that sent the payment.
3. Fair use
- Do not share, sell or rent out your account.
- One business per account.
- Do not try to break into, overload or copy the app.
If an account is shared or misused, we may switch it off.
4. Your data
- You own your records: your products, prices, sales and expenses.
- You can ask us for a copy of your records, or ask us to delete them, by emailing support.

5. Keeping it running
We aim to keep Magandang Kita running all the time, and the app keeps working on your phone even without signal. Still, we cannot promise the online service will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or an outage at our hosting provider.
6. Pricing suggestions and your decisions
- The app gives pricing suggestions based on the numbers you enter. The final price, and every business decision, is yours.
- The profit and loss screens are for your own tracking. They are not official BIR books of accounts.
- Your tax filings and registrations are your responsibility.
7. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
8. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
